Lou Capp is a living story of returning home—to the land, to the horses, and to herself.
As a girl, she dreamt of horses running wild beside the train tracks on her way to boarding school. Decades later, she followed a fierce inner knowing that led her to the lush paddocks of Lillico, where that childhood vision now lives and breathes.
Lou’s path hasn’t been linear—from ICU nurse to corporate leader, from burnout to bold new beginnings. But one truth has carried her through it all: the horses have always been her medicine.
Lillico Nurture is the culmination of that truth—a soul-led sanctuary where healing is unscripted, presence is everything, and transformation unfolds gently, in its own time.
